Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mix until well blended to create the crust.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish evenly and bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Filling Preparation
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl, blue to another, leaving the third bowl white.
Assembly
- Layer spoonfuls of each colored mixture into the cooled crust, swirling them together with a knife or spatula.
- Scatter the mixed berries on top, pressing them gently into the filling.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least four hours or until firm.
