Ingredients

For the crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
For the filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Can replace with almond or lemon extract for a different taste.
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Frozen berries can be used; thaw and drain to prevent excess moisture.
  • Food coloring (red and blue optional) For a colorful twist.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mix until well blended to create the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish evenly and bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Filling Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Divide the mixture into three bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl, blue to another, leaving the third bowl white.
Assembly
  1. Layer spoonfuls of each colored mixture into the cooled crust, swirling them together with a knife or spatula.
  2. Scatter the mixed berries on top, pressing them gently into the filling.
  3. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least four hours or until firm.
