Ingredients
  

For the Biscuit Bombs
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough Use your favorite brand!
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened For a tangy, rich flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder Optional, for an extra kick.
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs Optional, try Italian seasoning or parsley.
  • as needed Cooking spray To give those bombs a golden hue.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc about 4 inches wide.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and softened cream cheese. Optionally, add garlic powder and dried herbs.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit disc.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place the stuffed biscuits in the basket with space between them and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Cook the biscuits in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Allow the biscuit bombs to cool slightly before serving.
