Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the cabbage steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
- Let the steaks rest for a minute before drizzling with more olive oil and garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
