Ingredients
  

For the Pickles
  • 1 jar jar of dill pickles (spears or chips) Choose your preference
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or non-dairy milk) For a vegan option
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko adds extra crunch!
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) For some heat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain your pickles and pat them dry with kitchen towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk, and in a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each pickle in the flour mixture, then dip it in the buttermilk, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Notes
