Ingredients
  

For the pasta bake
  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta (or any pasta you like)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (or your choice of protein)
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional) for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and cooked chicken into the pasta. Toss in the broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until all are thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Let it cool slightly for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
