  • 1 pound frozen tater tots or fresh, if you’re feeling adventurous
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced rotisserie chicken works great
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a dash of garlic powder or Italian seasoning for an extra kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and broccoli (no need to thaw frozen broccoli).
  3. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture, and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Layer the tater tots on top of the chicken and broccoli mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
Baking
  1. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tater tots are crispy.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
