- In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently until a thick batter forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top looks set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan a bit before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, slice into squares.
