  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the shrimp are well coated.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake the shrimp for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.
  2. Drizzle honey over the shrimp while they are still hot, then toss to combine.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
