  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or more for a richer flavor
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a bowl.
  2. In a separate container, combine the milk, mashed banana, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until all oats are coated.
  4. Divide the mixture between two jars or containers, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
  5. Seal them tightly and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. In the morning, stir the oats and taste, adjusting sweetness if necessary.
