Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or stovetop until smooth.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until glossy.
  4. Gently fold in the mashed bananas until well combined.
Setting
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and smooth the top.
  3. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.
