Preparation
- Cut your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat frying oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and toss in the flour mix until well-coated.
- Carefully add coated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Add skewers to the hot oil, cooking for 3–4 minutes per side until golden-brown.
- Whip up the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl and adjust flavors as needed.
- Once the chicken skewers are cooked through, drizzle with the sauce or serve on the side.
