Preparation
- Rinse and pat dry the fresh blueberries or use frozen ones without thawing.
- Blend the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Save a few blueberries to fold in later.
- Taste the mixture. If desired, add more honey or syrup for extra sweetness.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or an ice cream maker. If using a dish, cover it with plastic wrap.
- If using an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Freezing
- Check the yogurt every hour if using a shallow dish. Stir vigorously every 30 minutes for about 3-4 hours until frozen and creamy.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve in dessert cups or bowls. Optional: add a sprinkle of granola or fresh mint leaves.

Notes
For a nutty twist, add peanut butter or almond butter. To make vegan, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup. If short on time, blend and pour into popsicle molds.
