  • 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • slices lemon for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves optional

Preparation
  1. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly, then mash them gently in a bowl to release their juices.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the mashed blueberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well combined.
  3. Slowly pour in the sparkling water, being careful not to lose too much fizz, and gently stir to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and ladle the blueberry lemon fizz into each. Garnish with whole blueberries and a slice of lemon. Optionally, add fresh mint leaves.
