Cooking the Potatoes
- Fill a large pot with water and add the small red potatoes.
- Simmer on medium-high heat until the potatoes are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Adding Corn and Sausage
- Add the corn and sausage to the pot and let them bubble together for another 10 minutes.
Cooking the Seafood
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the shrimp and crab legs.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic into the pot, stirring gently.
- Simmer until the shrimp turns pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serving the Seafood Boil
- Drain the pot and spread everything out on a newspaper-covered table or a large serving platter.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Add more Cajun seasoning if desired.
