  • 2 cups Ice cubes Adjust based on desired slushiness.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Blending the Base
  1. Blend the cherries, bourbon, lime juice, and simple syrup in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add more ice if you want a thicker consistency and blend again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl or pitcher.
Creating the Slush
  1. In batches, blend the ice cubes with the cherry mixture until you achieve a slushy texture.
  2. Serve immediately for the best experience, or keep it in the freezer until ready.
Serving
