  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Preferably seasoned.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley For garnish.
Breadcrumb Mixture
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For mixing with breadcrumbs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, 1.5 cups of Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter for extra flavor and crunch. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
