Preparation
- Begin by boiling a pot of water to cook your noodles according to the package instructions, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process, then set aside.
Cooking
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes until they’re tender yet still crisp.
- Add the pre-cooked chicken to the mix, stir everything together and allow the chicken to warm through for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce on top. Toss everything together until the noodles and chicken are evenly coated.
- Finally, add the chopped green onions and stir to combine. Remove the skillet from heat.
