- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook your spaghetti or linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and peas.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, mixing everything together, and allow to simmer gently for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, fresh parsley, and seasoning.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the creamy chicken mixture until thoroughly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
