For the Toasts
  • 1 unit baguette or your favorite crusty bread
  • 6-8 pieces radishes, thinly sliced
  • optional lemon wedges, for serving

Method
 

Prepare Chive Butter
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter with the finely chopped chives.
  2. Add a pinch of sea salt and, if desired, some freshly cracked black pepper.
  3. Mix everything until well combined, creating a vibrant green spread.
Prepare Bread
  1. Slice the baguette into generous pieces and toast them under the oven’s broiler until golden brown, keeping a close eye.
Assemble Toasts
  1. Spread a generous layer of chive butter over each slice of toasted bread.
  2. Top each buttered toast with a few slices of fresh radish.
