  • 1 piece ripe banana For a creamy texture.
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter Or any nut butter you love.
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder Make it vegan if you prefer.
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder For an extra chocolatey kick.
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup ice cubes For a chilled and frosty feel.

Preparation
  1. Pour almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add the ripe banana.
  3. Add the peanut butter for silky richness.
  4. Add the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  5. If desired, drizzle in honey or maple syrup.
  6. Add ice cubes to keep the shake refreshing.
  7. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and creamy.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again briefly.
  9. Pour into your favorite glass and top with cocoa powder or banana slices if desired.

Notes
