  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Or dairy-free cheddar
Fresh Ingredients
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh or canned; drain if using canned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup canned green chilies Or jalapeños for more heat
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the diced tomatoes, green onions, and green chilies until evenly mixed.
  4. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until everything is well combined.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth it out.
  2. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.
  3. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
