  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar adjust according to sweetness preference
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or more, if you’re feeling indulgent
For serving
  • Pistachios or candied orange peel optional, for garnish
  • Graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone and ricotta cheeses using a spatula or mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until velvety.
  3. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with pistachios or candied orange peel, if desired.
