  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare your molds by using silicone muffin cups or ice cube trays.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Sprinkle some chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top if desired.
Freezing
  1. Place the filled molds in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until completely set.
  2. Once firm, gently remove the yogurt bites from the molds. If necessary, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release them.

Notes
