Preparation
  1. Start by cooking your rice according to the package instructions so it's ready for serving.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir gently for about a minute until golden, being careful not to let it burn.
Cooking
  1. Add the shrimp to the pan, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir frequently.
  2. Cook the shrimp for about 3 to 4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, letting it simmer for another couple of minutes.
  4. Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
