- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, scraping the browned bits from the bottom for added flavor.
- Stir in dried thyme and rosemary, and let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce, and heat through for another minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
