  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Use chilled for better results
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread You can substitute it with any similar cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Provides sweetness and creaminess

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie spread, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold one third of the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until no white streaks remain. Repeat until all whipped cream is incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and optionally swirl in more Biscoff cookie spread. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least four hours, until set.
