  3. Add the lemon juice, zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until fully combined.
Mixing
  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture using a spatula, until no streaks of cream remain.
  2. Spoon the mousse into individual serving cups or a large bowl.
