  • 1 cup water or dairy-free milk Use dairy-free milk for a vegan option.
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For Tossing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce For tossing after cooking.
For Dipping (Optional)
  • blue cheese or ranch dressing For dipping.

Preparation
  1. Start by prepping the cauliflower florets, ensuring they are all similar in size for even cooking.
  2. In one bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the water or milk.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the wet mixture, allowing the excess to drip off, and then coat it with the flour mixture.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
  2. Once heated, place the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. After the florets are golden brown and crispy, carefully remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the buffalo sauce.
  4. For a deeper flavor, you can return them to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes after tossing.
