  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for heat preference
  • ½ cup hot sauce Frank's RedHot is a favorite
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and ensure it's heated fully.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne. Toss everything together until the wings are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they're not overcrowded.
  2. Cook the wings for about 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. While the wings are cooking, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  4. Once the wings are done, remove them from the air fryer and coat them in the hot sauce mixture.

Notes
