  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies Rotel is perfect!
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese Can use vegan cream cheese for a plant-based option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Or a mix of your favorite cheeses.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned; drain excess fat.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the browned beef, diced tomatoes (with juices), cream cheese, and shredded cheddar.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste, then stir to combine.
Cooking
  1. Set the slow cooker to low and cover; let cook for about 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
  2. When melted and delightful, serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or soft pretzels.
