Preparation
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter.

- Heat the mixture in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring well until smooth and melted. Do not overheat.
- Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well mixed.
Combine Ingredients
- Gently fold crispy rice cereal into the chocolate mixture until well-coated.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle sea salt and/or crushed nuts on top if desired.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes, or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Once firm, cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
