  • 1/2 cup pickle juice Adjust for desired tang.
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill Substitute with 1 tsp dried dill if necessary.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese.
  2. Add mayonnaise and beat together using a handheld mixer or a sturdy spoon until smooth and silky.
  3. Fold in the chopped dill pickles and pickle juice, stirring until evenly distributed.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, mixing until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning or add more pickle juice for more zing if desired.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
