Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the melted butter and creamy peanut butter until perfectly combined.
- Sprinkle in the powdered sugar and fold it in using a spatula until there are no lumps and it has a somewhat thick consistency.
- Pour in the mini marshmallows and the graham cracker crumbs. Stir gently but thoroughly, ensuring every marshmallow is coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press down firmly.
- Smooth out the top using the back of a measuring cup and pack it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the squares firm up before cutting.
- Once firm, cut into squares or bars as desired.

Notes
For a vegan version, swap the butter for coconut oil and use agave syrup instead of powdered sugar. Add a pinch of sea salt for a delightful contrast to the sweet flavors. You can freeze them for a refreshing treat on hot days.
