Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the banana and slice it into manageable chunks.
  2. If using frozen bananas, toss them in whole.
Blending
  1. Add the banana pieces to a blender, followed by the milk.
  2. Add yogurt for thicker texture and honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and add ice cubes if you want a cold smoothie.
  4. Secure the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Adjust the texture or sweetness if needed and blend briefly again.
