Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1/2 cup sliced ham (deli-style or leftover ham—whatever you have on hand)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or your cheese of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional for zing)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced ham, and Swiss cheese. Add Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface and place about a tablespoon of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden.
  2. Let cool for a minute or two before plating and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
