  1. Begin by blending your base—add cottage cheese to a mixing bowl.
  2. If you want a creamier dip, toss in the Greek yogurt.
  3. Grab a fork or a hand mixer and whip them together until well combined, aiming for a smooth but slightly chunky consistency.
  4. Next, add in the finely chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix everything with a spatula, folding gently to maintain some of the cottage cheese’s texture.
  5. Now, season with salt and pepper, taste the dip, and adjust flavors as needed.
  6. Transfer your dip into a serving bowl and garnish with extra dill pickle pieces and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
