  • 1 cup unsweetened strawberry puree Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to your sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup ice

  • Fresh strawberries For garnish.
  • Coconut flakes For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine coconut milk and strawberry puree in a blender. Blend on medium until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Add vanilla extract and sweetener of choice. Blend again for about 15 seconds to incorporate flavors.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the pink drink mixture over the ice.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries or coconut flakes if desired.
