  • 1 piece ripe mango, peeled and diced Choose a ripe mango for best flavor.
  • 1 piece banana, sliced (optional) For added creaminess.
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular, dairy or non-dairy) Use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) Almond milk or oat milk can be used as alternatives.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust for sweetness.
  • as needed to preference Ice cubes Optional, for a chilled smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the diced mango and sliced banana into your blender. If you’re using frozen fruit, there’s no need to add ice cubes.
  2. For fresh ingredients, toss in a handful of ice cubes if you prefer a frosty blend.
  3. Add the yogurt of your choice for creaminess.
  4. Pour in the milk and sweetener (honey or maple syrup).
  5. Blend on high speed until everything is well combined and completely smooth.
  6. Taste the smoothie; if it needs more sweetness, add additional honey or syrup and blend again.
  7. Pour your smoothie into a glass, and garnish with a slice of mango or sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.

Notes
