- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, celery, and parsley. Stir gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Add in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Transfer the salmon mixture into the loaf pan and press it down evenly.
Baking
- Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the top is golden and slightly crisp.
- Allow the loaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
