- Spread an even layer of the cheesy mixture over each tortilla, ensuring to cover the edges.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll up the tortilla, keeping the filling inside.
- Wrap each pinwheel tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove from the fridge and slice the rolls into bite-sized pinwheels.
