Preparation
- Preheat your pan by grabbing an 8×8-inch baking dish and lining it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and melted butter until creamy.
- Stir in the powdered sugar gradually, followed by the graham cracker crumbs, until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined baking dish, spreading evenly.
Chocolate Layer
- Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave or over a double boiler and stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
- Allow the chocolate layer to set at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up the setting process.
Final Layer
- Spread another layer of peanut butter on top of the set chocolate layer.
- Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate the entire dish for at least an hour before serving.
