Ingredients

For the Wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated and tips removed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (for extra crispiness)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray, for baking
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix the wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Spray the wings lightly with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake the wings for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  2. While the wings bake, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, without burning.
  4. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until a rich, creamy sauce forms.
Finishing Touch
  1. Transfer the crispy wings to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them.
  2. Toss until every wing is beautifully coated. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
