  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (or pesto for a twist)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

  • to taste tablespoon Olive oil for drizzling
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using store-bought dough, unwrap it and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Lightly flour your countertop and gently stretch or roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and spread a generous layer of marinara sauce (or pesto) across the base.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, followed by crumbled feta.
  5. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, red onion, and Kalamata olives over the cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Slide your pizza into the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden, and the crust is crisp.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a minute, then scatter fresh basil leaves on top and slice your pizza.
