  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or kale)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Substitute with coconut yogurt for vegan option.
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds For added texture and nutrients.
  • to taste honey Optional for sweetness.
Tropical Mango Bliss Smoothie
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds For a nutty flavor.
  • as needed ice cubes For a chilled blend.
Berry Burst Smoothie
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt Substitute with nut-based yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • to taste agave syrup Optional for sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation of Smoothies
  1. For the Green Goddess Smoothie, toss the banana and spinach into your blender first, then add Greek yogurt and almond milk.
  2. Sprinkle in chia seeds for added texture and nutrients, blend until smooth. Add honey if desired and blend one last time.
  3. For the Tropical Mango Bliss Smoothie, blend the chopped mango and banana until smooth, then add coconut milk and flaxseeds.
  4. Blend well and incorporate ice cubes for a chilled blend, pulsing until frosty.
  5. For the Berry Burst Smoothie, start with the mixed berries and banana in the blender, followed by yogurt.
  6. Pour in almond milk to adjust the thickness, blend until you achieve a vibrant mixture, and add agave syrup if you'd like.

Notes
