Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Skewers
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes) Ensure the chicken is cubed for even cooking.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing Use low-fat or homemade if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Coat generously for a crispy crust.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps with marinating and grilling.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Adjust garlic amount according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley Or use an herb blend.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Wooden or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Method
 

Marinating the Chicken
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the Ranch dressing, olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the bowl and toss until every piece is coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preparing the Grill
  1. While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium heat.
Assembling the Skewers
  1. Thread the marinated chicken onto your skewers, leaving a little space for even cooking.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan onto each skewer, coating generously.
Grilling
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook each side for 5–7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
  2. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
