Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Melt some butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir to scramble until soft curds form.
- Once the eggs are almost done, fold in the diced meat and half of the shredded cheese.
- Slice the pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them intact.
- Arrange the bottom half in a greased baking dish and spoon the egg mixture over them evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place the top half of the rolls back on.
Baking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
