Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan lightly with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, and yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, protein powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Slice the banana bread and serve it warm, with almond butter or drizzle of honey for breakfast, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.
