Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients and rinse the mixed berries gently under cold water. Hull and slice strawberries if using.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to smash them.
