Preparation
  1. Grab a bowl or a jar that you can seal. Combine the rolled oats, milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the oats are fully submerged.
  2. Add in your peanut butter, stirring until it melds beautifully with the oats.
  3. Layer in the sliced banana and gently fold them in, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  4. If using, add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the fridge. Seal it tight and let it chill overnight.
  6. In the morning, give your oats a quick stir before serving.
