- In another bowl, toss the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots with the remaining marinade until fully coated. Spread the veggies around the chicken in a single layer.
Cooking
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the veggies are tender.
- For extra caramelization, broil for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Serving
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
- Serve over a bed of jasmine rice or quinoa, or with a fresh side salad.
